Dannyelle Zywan has been serving as Program Director for the New Jersey Carpenter Contractor Trust since the winter of 2006. In her current capacity, Dannyelle's responsibilities include the coordination of all NJCCT program initiatives, advertising placement and web site activities.
Dannyelle is responsible for running the industry acclaimed Carpenter Workshop series and acts as the liaison with the American Institute of Architects. In addition to her program responsibilities, she handles all financial and accounting functions for the organization.
Frank Speziali

As Research Director, Frank is responsible for coordinating efforts associated with project lead tracking, collection of data for Carpenter Information Access, I-9 collection efforts, and various career day programs.
Before joining NJCCT, Frank was an Assistant Researcher and PEC Coordinator for the NJ Regional Council of Carpenters. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Labor Management from Rutgers University.
