SCTP Mentor Training

The program has structured 15 mentor-trainee sessions, selected from a menu of 24 opportunities. These sessions will provide the opportunity to focus on corporate policies and culture in regard to the roles and responsibilities of the superintendent. Each session is supported by a SCTP-developed exercise.
